Our Sustainability Framework

Driving sustainability across our operations is a core business value and fundamental expectation. We take an iterative approach to advance sustainability to better serve (and align) customer needs and societal demands. As such, our policies, practices, reporting, and performance will continuously improve and evolve in line with global and broader market determinants. This approach ensures that our Sustainability Management System (SMS) remains “current” and aligned with best practices.

    We are striving to improve the human capital in society. This can be through investments in health and education, access to services, nutrition, knowledge and skills.

    Our approach is aimed at preserving social capital through investing and creating services that accommodate a larger view of the world in relation to communities, cultures, and globalization.

    Economic sustainability focuses on improving the standard of living through the efficient use of assets to maintain company profitability over time.

  • Environment

    Focuses on improving human wellbeing through protecting natural resources (e.g. land, air, water, minerals etc.) through initiatives and programs that ensure the needs of the population are met while minimizing the risk that the needs of future generations are comprised.
