Job Description – Third-Party Coordinator

Department/Business Unit: Taurus Industrial Group – HSE Department

FLSA Classification: Exempt (Administrative Exemption)

Reports To: HSE - Vice President

Position Overview: The Third-Party Coordinator at Taurus Industrial Group is a pivotal role responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with multiple third-party consortiums. Reporting directly to the HSE Vice President, this position plays a vital role in coordinating and supporting regional managers within the HSE Department. The Third-Party Administrator is crucial to maintaining our esteemed reputation for excellence in the industrial construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of Third-Party Consortium Accounts:

    • ISNetworld

      • Training Qualifications (TQ)

      • Operator Qualifications (OQ) DOT Requirements

    • Avetta

    • PEC/Veriforce

    • National Compliance Management Service (NCMS)

    • TPS Alert

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium:

    • DISA

  • Safety Councils (Scheduling):

    • Required training

    • Customer required orientation

    • Customer-specific training

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Document preparation

    • Create and manage spreadsheets

    • Maintain records and update regularly scheduled reports

    • Organize and schedule meetings

    • Develop and maintain filing systems

    • Support HSE Department Management

Qualifications/Skill Requirements:

  1. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

  2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  4. Working knowledge of office equipment

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  6. Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  7. Proven experience of +5 years in the industrial construction, maintenance, or related industry.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

The overall nature of the position is sedentary in nature requiring little physical effort and occasional light physical exertion. There is little, if any, exposure to environmental conditions.

  • Constant Physical Demands: Talking and hearing.

  • Frequent Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, and walking.

  • Occasional Physical Demands: Carrying, pushing, pulling, handling, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination.

There will be a periodic need for site visits to client locations. During this time, candidates will be around on-site heavy construction/maintenance work and process equipment.

Travel Requirement:

  • This position requires occasional over-the-road and air travel (domestic).

  • Scope-driven overnight stays may be required, with the duration to be determined.
