Employee Spotlight: Roberto Camba Baldomar

Meet Roberto Camba Baldomar, the NDT Regulatory Manager and Radiation Safety Officer at AM Inspection and Red Flame Industries Inc. Roberto began his career with AM Inspection and Red Flame Industries Inc. in November 2012 and continues to have a promising future ahead.

We really appreciate all of Roberto’s efforts throughout the last nine years at AM Inspection/Red Flame and we are looking forward to many more years to come. We wanted to showcase him for his exceptional knowledge of our industry, his leadership, and overall, as a big THANK YOU for all of his efforts.

As the NDT Regulatory Manager and Radiation Safety Officer, Roberto looks after the Health and Safety, QA/QC, contract review for all Bolttech Mannings, and Human Resource functions.

Roberto is our resident expert in all things NDT – the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes with updating our QA/QC programs (constant), procurement of radiation sources, and ensuring we are all up to code to execute all services lines of our NDT and Safety aspects, is truly remarkable.

What we appreciate most about Roberto is that he is always looking for opportunities to help the company grow. He has brought on new technicians and operations to the company in Estevan, SK, and Stettler, AB, which together represented growth of over 35% over the past three years.

It is clear that Roberto has genuine care for the people he works with, and we are very lucky to have him bringing integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment with which he works.

When we asked Roberto what his favourite part of working with AMI/RFI he said: “I enjoy the laughing and good humour at the office among our group. I am amazed at the extraordinary hard work and dedication of our field employees.”

Just like Roberto, at Red Flame Industries Inc., we have an innovative and integrated team of professionals who are driven to find or create a solution that meets our client’s bottom line.
